Oktoberfest is a Success

Many thanks to all the volunteers who made the Hawthorn Education Foundation’s Oktoberfest a great success. The Foundation’s first event, Oktoberfest raised approximately $10,000. The evening at Viper Alley included a silent auction, appetizers, and a great local band. Funds will be used for school programs and opportunities beyond those provided through regular funding.
