FEE PAYMENTS

Enrollment is not finished until required fees have been paid. If you have questions or need assistance with fees, please contact the District Office at 847-990-4200.

Paying Fees Online with a Debit or Credit Card

We have partnered with the ePay Electronic Payment Services Program through the State of Illinois to allow you to pay fees online using a Visa, MasterCard or Discover debit or credit card. There are no additional charges for using this service. A student ID number is required to log in.

The site includes options to pay for student registration, band/orchestra/chorus, and option-to-pay bus service fees. You may also pay your PTO family membership online by checking the box near the bottom of the first payment screen. (See below for more information.) Meal tickets are purchased through a separate FOOD SERVICE WEBSITE. Any meal service payments made through the registration fee website will be refunded.

PAST DUE AND OTHER FEES MAY ALSO BE PAID THROUGH FEE PAYMENT SITE. Please enter in the description and dollar amount in the appropriate “miscellaneous” fields near the bottom of the first payment screen.

Paying Fees with Cash or Check

The option to pay your fees with cash or check is still available to you. If you wish to use this option, please download and print out the 2011-12 Fee Payment form or 2012-13 Fee Payment form, whichever is appropriate. Please bring or send the completed form along with your cash or check made out to Hawthorn District 73 to the District Office, 841 West End Court, Vernon Hills, IL 60061. Hawthorn Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)

The PTO is a great way to support our students and schools.  The cost to join PTO is $10 per family, and may be paid through the online payment website.  If you would rather pay by check, please download and fill out a PTO Membership form. The PTO also sells convenient school supply kits, which can be ordered through the PTO supply kit website. Kits will be delivered directly to your home between August 6 and 17, 2012.
