6th Grade Outdoor Ed Field Trip Forms - Trips are Sept. 27-30

Hawthorn 6th graders will experience their first Outdoor Education Field trip in late September. Parents must sign a waiver for their child to attend.
Day-long field trips will run from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. as students travel to Camp Henry Horner in Ingleside, IL.
- Monday, September 27 - Middle South Team 6A (Homerooms of Tiller, Humboldt, Duhig and Wright)
- Tuesday, September 28 - Middle South Team 6B (Homerooms of Hain, Knezovich, Yablonsky, Ray/Dengler)
- Wednesday, September 29 - Middle North Team 6A (Homerooms of Dzhoruv, Ford, Nevarez-Flores, Serlin)
- Thursday, September 30 - Middle North Team 6B (Homerooms of Horan, Howat, Henrickson, Rohlfing)
There is no cost to attend this field trip. Student should bring a sack lunch and dress for outdoor activities. For more information, including mandatory waivers required by Camp Henry Horner, please contact your school or download the following:
