Board Decides to Stay with Afterschool Club

During their February 13 meeting, the Hawthorn Board of Education voted in favor of a motion to maintain Afterschool Club (Luco Education Partners) as the on-site daycare and before/after school care provider. Administration had recommended staying with Afterschool Club in order to maintain some consistency over the near term, and then revisit the situation later. Thank you to both the Afterschool Club and Vernon Hills Park District for providing detailed proposals and presentations.
