Elementary After School Enrichment Classes Begin September 13
Hawthorn has partnered with the Vernon Hills Park District to provide high quality, cost effective after school enrichment opportunities in each of our elementary buildings.
This fall’s courses include Mad Science, Sunshine Arts & Crafts, Young Rembrandts and CheckMate Chess Academy. Classes are open to all Hawthorn elementary students and meet right after the final bell. (Participants may be required to bring a note on class day showing that they will not be getting on the bus after school; check with your school.)
FIrst Session classes start the week of September 13. Second Session is scheduled to begin in late October.
